- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've delt with Promed once before and did not have much complaint about them, I spoke to a person (male) who was helpful and was completely nice. However this 2nd time I spoke to a female (who is the owner) who was a totally rude! She began yelling at me during the call, I started the call advising her that I had just recieved my statement that day and was going to pay it friday, she then began screaming at me and threating me, spoke over me everytime i tried talking.! Horrible Horrible business practice. I understand they are the billing department but they should NOT be treating people like this!By A Google User, April 17, 2017
